This is to joyfully inform you that we have achieved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from the Government of Pakistan for the project of Grace Charity School, Toba Tek Singh, Punjab-Pakistan and registered with Ministry of Economic Affairs Division (MEAD) after hectic verification of the following.
- Foreign Funding Verification
- Utilization of Funds for thematic area
- Detail of Bank accounts
- Banking channel
- Books of Accounts
- Financial Reporting
- Accounting Standards
- Audited Accounts
- Budgeting
- Variance Reports etc.
By the grace of God, we have provided EAD required documents. They again checked and verified with different angles. During this procedure some Govt. agencies also verified our work and CLEAR it, further we have to continue maintaining these parameters to up lift and improve our organization.
